i never quite catch a movie recently, i even forgot the last movie i watched. hmmm. i guess it's 'the ugly truth'. or else? oh well, moving on then. so, today i watched 'inglourious basterds' a movie by quentin tarantino the master of this kind of movie. and here's my review about that movie.

this film is taking place on paris, france on the year of NAZI's leading the france. it was Hitler, Goering, Gobbles and Bormann era. most of all in the movie, the year of the story was on 1944 if i'm not mistaken. so, this Lt. Aldo Raine (brad pitt) leads a group called 'inglourious basterds' where the group has one mission, is to kill all of the NAZI in france. as well as a girl named Shosanna, who is seeks for a revenge because her family is being killed by this NAZI Colonel that killed all the jewish people named Hans Landa. they both have the same mission and will it be a success? well, i'm not going to spoiled it over here. you have to watch it by yourself. this movie for me, maybe the best movie of 2009 so far. besides 'benjamin button' and others. but i have to admit it, brad pitt is the best person to portray Lt. Aldo Raine. this three hours movie didn't make me fell asleep, because of the story and the character on it. seriously guys, you'll not regret this movie. ever!
i want to watch it again if i can. :)
even though it's full of violence and cruelty, but that's what happens is the real era right? and this is a made up story anyway. and quentin tarantino made it. what else can you expect except that he always make a masterpiece! hands down!
so, i HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to watch it. with whoever it is, but don't forget to go to the bathroom before you watch it. :p three hours is long enough to hold back to your urine. haha.
